Registration

All conference participants must submit an individual registration using the online Registration system (see below).

Workshop registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by full payment.

Participants holding a Full 3-Day Registration to GEOCART'2016 are elligible for a $50 discount.

Please note that the deadline for Registration is 19 August 2016. Book early to avoid disappointment; space is strictly limited.

Your registration and receipt of payment will be confirmed by email.

Cancellations

In the event you are unable to attend the workshop, you may reassign your registration to another person without charge. If requesting a refund, the following rules apply:

Written cancellation received by 19 August 2016: 90% refund
No refunds will be given after 19 August 2016.

Please submit your cancellation via email or post per the details on the CONTACT page. Be sure to specify if you would like to transfer your registration or request a refund.
