Registration

GeoCart package options have been prepared with our attendees in mind. The variety on offer reflects your different needs, budget, and availability.

All conference participants must submit an individual registration using the online Registration system (see below).

Conference registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by full payment.

Principal Authors of accepted papers and posters are eligible for a 10% discount on registration fees. Members of the New Zealand Cartographic Society (JOIN), Mapping Sciences Institute Australia, Australian and New Zealand Map Society, and the International Map Industry Assocation are eligible for a $50 discount. Valid student identification is required for the discounted student packages.

Please note that the deadline for Early Registration is 12 August 2016.

Your registration and receipt of payment will be confirmed by email.

On-site registration will be available throughout the conference at the registration desk in the main venue (National Library).

Cancellations

In the event you are unable to attend the conference, you may reassign your registration to another person without charge. If requesting a refund, the following rules apply:

Identification Rules

Conference badges must be worn at all times during the conference and at social functions. Individuals not wearing badges will not be allowed access to conference sessions or activities.
